Dayhack: Biohacking Journal
The biohacking journal: food without calories, sleep, training, urges
Dayhack is a biohacking journal: a food diary without calories, a sleep journal and a workout log in one app. Write down what you eat, how you trained, how you slept and the urges you held, then see what you actually did this week and choose your next step. In English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.

Log meals with foods, quantities, portions and how you feel. Dayhack does not estimate calories and does not give you a health score. If you prefer mindful or intuitive eating to counting, your meal history simply shows your own entries.
Record bedtime, wake time, sleep quality and energy. The sleep diary uses the times and feelings you enter. It does not measure sleep stages.
Prepare strength or cardio sessions and record exercises, sets, reps, loads and durations. An unfinished workout stays at the top of Today. Look back at your training history before the next session.
Choose what you want more control over, such as screen time, nicotine, alcohol or gambling. Note your triggers, pick an alternative and reflect on what helped. A pause or a lapse does not erase earlier progress.
